Pharmacy Technician Program Instructor

We are seeking an Instructor for a pharmacy technician training program that meets the new national training standards. Graduates will be eligible to write the Canadian National Certified Pharmacy Technician exam. We are seeking an individual who believes in a high standard of education and who can inspire the students to achieve. This program is fully developed with complete instructor lesson plans. Swift Current is a growing community and is a good place to raise your family. This program is a joint venture between the Academy of Learning in Swift Current and the Cypress Hills Community College.

Education:
Registered Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician who has graduated from a Pharmacy Technician Program and/or a certified pharmacy technician under the previous system with PTeB (formerly PTCB), OCP or US.

Experience:
Five years experience in either retail or hospital settings (some experience in each is beneficial).
Teaching experience preferred but not required.
