BDM Career Services consists of the BDM Staffing Solution and BDM's Career Finder Marketing Service. Together these services represent hundreds of job and career opportunities available with employers throughout North America and the best resources for businesses to find their ideal candidate and for individuals to find their ideal job or career opportunities. THE OPPORTUNITY BDM TeleService Associate responsibilities consist of introductory contact, follow up and/or arranging appointments with individual and/or business contacts which includes: • Introducing services offered by the Company to individuals by direct telephone contact; • Informing job seekers about job and career opportunities by direct telephone contact; • Introducing services offered by the Company to businesses by either direct telephone contact (preferred) or direct voicemail message; • Introducing candidates available through the Company to businesses by either direct telephone contact (preferred) or direct voicemail message. COMPENSATION With the exceptional BDM Associate compensation structure you'll earn an above average income working from home doing very satisfying work that ultimately helps jobseekers to connect with employers and benefits both parties, yourself and BDM. You'll have the opportunity to be trained for multiple roles and to grow and develop your skills in a variety of areas. And as much of your work is conducted via email and online, you have unmatched flexibility in determining the days, time of day and number of hours you work each week. QUALIFICATIONS To qualify for this opportunity you should have previous outbound customer service or sales experience, excellent oral English and strong reading comprehension and a home computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). In addition you must demonstrate a professional and friendly interpersonal manner and be highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision.
