Client Service Administrator II We are currently looking for a Client Service Administrator II (CSA II) to join our Saskatoon Region Office. This position acts as the first line contact to our clients and the public as well as provides operations support to the region. The CSA II position is responsible for processing key business transactions such as deposits and client adjustments. The CSA II position provides service to both internal and external clients of Investors Group, which involves communication of information, problem resolution and distribution of correspondence and mail from various sources. Responsibilities include: •Responsible for operating the multiple switch board, greeting clients and referring them to the appropriate resources. •Pre-edit and processing of New Business, A.I.A’s and client adjustments for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements. •Data entry of financial deposits, A.I.A’s, and client adjustments and processing of all requests related to Solutions Banking. •Consultant and client inquiries – assess and determine nature of problem and assist with resolution and support consultants with office procedures, forms information and general guidance and support relating to training and use of photocopier, phones systems, and fax machines. •Inventory Control – Ordering and Maintenance of supplies and supports Region Coordinator as required.
