Work alongside a Managing Partner / Pharmacy Store Operator and learn the ‘business’ then – when you are ready – talk about your options with our client – a NEW pharmacy chain. Yes, we want Staff Pharmacists for various locations today but, if you are looking at tomorrow, then this is the place to be. Pharmacists are known to be loyal – but is your loyalty costing you future career advancements? Today we need someone who: - Is licensed, or able to obtain such, to practice as a pharmacist in the province of employment - Has some previous retail pharmacy dispensing experience preferred - Participates in on-going professional development programs - Maintains a professional image, attitude, and ability to communicate 24/7/365 - May have an entrepreneurial tendency Tomorrow we need someone who is: - Interested in a co-investment approach while maintaining the core principles of independence. - Tired of the ‘Big-box’ retailers, grocery stores, and mass merchandisers approach to wellness - Looking for integrated systems and procedures to assist with day-to-day business functions. - Interesting in maintaining their work-life balance | |
