| Maintenance Manager Responsibilities The Maintenance Manager provides direction and leadership to the maintenance team to ensure a safe, responsible and cost effective operation is maintained. • Manage the plant mechanical and E&I maintenance activities. • Ensure maintenance, work order, PM and documentation systems (CMMS) are in place and administered. • Develop and manage annual maintenance plan addressing critical process elements. • Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns and major maintenance projects. • Manage maintenance expenditures for material and labour to conform to budget. • Manage the plant capital budget to ensure priorities are identified and work is completed in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualifications • Minimum 7-10 years experience in plant maintenance, project engineering and plant operations. Engineering degree is an asset. • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, team development, and time management skills are required • Strong commitment to safety and environmental protection.
