If you are graduating this year or recently from a public program with a certificate, diploma or degree (or have an open work permit through any other legal means) – employers, like McDonalds are willing to provide you with a permanent job offer and support you through the process to get your permanent status in Canada. They would support you in coming to Saskatchewan and obtaining an open work permit.
McDonald's is looking to hire 50+ students who wish to become Permanent Residents. Other Employers may not need as many but they all are willing to support you Permanent Residency. The need and the fastest least expensive programs are in Saskatchewan.
Do not worry about the paperwork required as you will complete it in a classroom structure and all documents will be reviewed by a lawyer.

$20,000 GRADUATE RETENTION PROGRAM EXPANDED
Advanced Education, Employment and Labour Minister Rob Norris expanded Saskatchewan's ground-breaking youth retention program by opening it up to eligible post-secondary graduates within and beyond Canada.

The Graduate Retention Program offers tuition rebates as high as $20,000 over seven years to graduates of approved programs who live in Saskatchewan.
