| Inside Sales Account Manager DESCRIPTION: IPS, a leading provider of network, security and compliance services, is looking for two Inside Account Managers to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced individuals who are interested in future career advancement within our growing organization. LOCATION: • Regina, SK • Some travel may be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services. • Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow existing accounts. • Build referral and lead generation network. • Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders. • Lead generation, networking and setting up appointments with Account Executives. • Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products. • Providing quote pricing and follow-up. • Providing basic technical support on products, ongoing certification process • Consult with dedicated customers and utilize our Technical team in helping customers overcome their business problems. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor Degree or College Diploma. • 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar industry. • Pro-active, self-starter with excellent organization skills. • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills. • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills. • High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. | |
