| Hospital Pharmacist The staff pharmacist is responsible to provide quality pharmaceutical care and clinical services to all facilities, physicians and pharmacies covered by the Sun Country Health Region. This includes procurement, distribution and control of all drugs and related items, in addition to a strong commitment to patient monitoring and patient education programs. This is a regional position, based out of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, with responsibilities covering facilities throughout Southeast Saskatchewan. Qualifications: - Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy and be eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy - Preference will be given to those possessing a diploma for Hospital Residency or experience with a hospital pharmacy - Experience with hospital pharmacy computer systems | |
